Rental Application and Qualification Requirements

The following are REQUIRED on all applications and will be verified.

1. A FICO or Beacon Score of at least 600 on your credit report.  Combined credit scores for married applicants must average at least 600.
2. Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount.  Married applicants can combine their incomes to meet this requirement.  Military applicants may use salary plus housing allowances.
3. Verifiable employment history for the past 2 years, and your current employment must be in the local area.
4. Verifiable rental history or mortgage payment history for the last 2 years.
5. No bankruptcies within the past 2 years.
6. Only pets under 35 pounds are allowed per condo bylaws.
7.  I DO NOT accept cash for any payments.
